for a throne is established in righteousness.

No matter what your title is as a leader—CEO, mother, father, elder, or manager—your role is established through righteousness. Keep eyes and ears open for wrongdoing within your circle of influence and do everything in your power to right wrongs.
Food for Thought
I was four years old and standing with my mother in the grocery checkout lane. A Pay Day candy bar set in a rack at my eye level. What else was a four-year-old to do? I took it. As soon as we were in the parking lot, I unwrapped it and began happily munching away. When my mother saw what her baby boy was enjoying she knew exactly what was up. What else was a mother to do? She blistered my bottom and after the sobbing had ceased, marched me back into the store to pay for the ill-gotten gain and apologize to the store manager.
The result of my mother’s diligence: a son who learned to despise stealing in it’s every form… and to this day, never regained a taste for Pay Day candy bars.
